Alla Perfilova stayed in the city of her childhood Atkarsk, Saratov region, and in Moscow from a provincial girl who dreamed of becoming a historian and teacher, Valeria appeared. Such metamorphoses often happen to people. The one who claims that a person does not change is mistaken. After decades there may remain some character traits, by which it is easy to recognize an inquisitive, accurate and hardworking personality, but the inner world, attitude to life and priorities become completely different.
Love and copper pipes
Singer Valeria went through trials, about which, already being a grown woman, tells in her book - a personal, very frank biography. The reader learns details about the relationship of the artist with her second husband, Alexander Shulgin. It was a period of successful career rise, deceptive happiness and bitter disappointments. Alla Perfilova, who chose the life of a pop diva, more than paid for the huge popularity and unconditional recognition as a singer of national scale. The transformation into Valeria cost a lot.
Alexander Shulgin noticed a beautiful girl with a beautiful pure voice when she was married to her first husband, Leonid Yaroshevsky. They came together to conquer the capital, and the young husband invested all of himself in the singing career of his talented wife. As a graduate of the Saratov Music College, Leonid was well versed in music, but did not have the experience and connections of a maturing producer. Therefore, Valeria at the beginning of her way to the pop Olympus had to sing in restaurants, but there were real breakthroughs:
- performance with the song "Be with me" in the program on TV;
- participation and victory in the Morning Star contest;
- first prize at the Bratislava Lyre;
- "Jurmala-92" (audience sympathy).
When in 1992 for the young star took producer Alexander Shulgin, Valeria, as it seemed to her at the time, forever crossed out of her life all the sorrows and sorrows. And after the official registration of relations with her second husband, the ascent to the heights of popularity was like a rapid rise of dazzling fireworks. The pseudonym, taken in 1988 to avoid "parallels" with Alla Pugacheva, was illuminated by the bright rays of fame, and around the singer spun a carnival of concert performances, studio recordings, foreign trips.
Success and a dog enclosure
Two significant events - the wedding with Alexander Shulgin and the awarding of the status of "Man of the Year" - came in 1993, when Valeria had already released three CDs (two in English and one in Russian) and worked on "Anna" - a sensation album that shook the Russian show business (released - in 1995). From 1996 to 1998, already being a recognized pop star, the singer returned to her native Gnesin Music Academy. Gnesin Music Academy (she studied at the department of Iosif Kobzon, graduated in 1991) to teach students. In parallel, she releases another CD ("Family", part 1), and also tours as part of a large tour of cities in Russia and post-Soviet countries.
Valeria's biography was formed in such a way that at the very peak of popularity, she was deeply unhappy in her personal life. Husband and the same - producer, who (as Shulgin himself claimed) made a restaurant litter singer of all-Russian scale in family relations turned out to be a real despot. He not only engaged in blatant abuse, but also subjected his beautiful wife to sophisticated humiliation. Their common children witnessed how their father, as if mad, locked their mother in a dog enclosure, and they themselves periodically found themselves victims of his embittered character.
The reason for the changes, when caring, but very picky husband Valeria became a domestic tyrant, revealing the dark sides of his character, is a significant monetary losses, which were caused by the financial crisis of 1998. Valerie long, for the sake of the children, tolerated the humiliating attitude, but in 2002 she could not stand it - threw everything and left. It was in the period from 1999 to 2001 that such landmark hits appeared as:
- "Metelitsa";
- "You're Somewhere Out There";
- "Don't Offend Me";
- "Riga to Moscow."
Her life against the background of the surrounding glitter was then not even a golden cage, but a dog cage with endless training.
Returning to herself
Alla Perfilova (year of birth 1968) was the only child of parents who were directly related to music. The father of the future star worked as director of the Atkara music school, and her mother taught there. Yuri Ivanovich and Galina Nikolaevna were responsible to their favorite business, for which both were awarded the title "Honored Worker of Culture". They were able to instill in their daughter diligence and organization, which helped her to successfully develop in several directions at once.
Growing up "Alla-Valeria", in addition to general education, studied at a music school in the piano class. In the sphere of hobbies of the girl included dancing, volleyball, skiing. Surprisingly, but with a heavy workload, she managed to keep up everywhere, giving the best possible result. Both schools were finished with a gold medal. Especially easy to give math and other exact disciplines, and with regard to music ... Ability to play the piano was a formal necessity, but the passion of a lifetime was singing.
The spiritual trauma inflicted by Alexander Shulgin, was so strong that Valeria for a year and a half completely disappeared from the stage. She lived with her parents and children in her native Atkarsk and already seemed to put a cross on herself as a famous singer, but in her life appeared Joseph Prigozhin. He became her third husband, with whom Valeria knew real happiness, although she could not give birth to a child from him.
The former glory returned, multiplied by new hits, there was the experience of foreign tours together with world-class performers. Fate returned everything to her with interest. Valeria's discography contains more than twenty titles and this is not the limit. The most significant albums are:
