Lenny Kravitz is undoubtedly one of the greatest rock musicians of our time. In a career spanning over three decades, he has transcended musical genres, style boundaries, racial and class barriers. A songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist, the versatile artist draws heavily from the soul, rock and funk influences of the sixties and seventies and has won four GRAMMY® Awards for his work.
In 2023, Kravitz caused a sensation with the epic song "Road To Freedom", which he composed, performed and produced especially for the acclaimed Netflix film "Rustin". The powerful anthem earned him nominations for a Golden Globe in the "Best Original Song - Motion Picture" category, for the Critics Choice Award in the "Best Song" category and for the Guild of Music Supervisors Award.
In addition to his twelve albums, which have sold over 40 million copies worldwide, Kravitz is also a creative entrepreneur. His company Kravitz Design Inc. has an impressive portfolio of projects including hotels, luxury apartments, private homes and collaborations with high-end brands such as Rolex, Leica and Dom Perignon. In 2022, he launched the ultra-premium spirits brand Nocheluna Sotol, an exclusive distillate made from the Mexican Sotol plant.
His creative range is not only evident in music and design, but also in literature: Kravitz published the photo book "Flash" and his memoirs "Let Love Rule", which made it onto the New York Times bestseller list. As a brand ambassador, he represents the fragrances of YSL Beauty and the luxury watches of Jaeger-LeCoultre. He has also found his place on the big screen, for example as Cinna in the successful "Tribute of Panem" films or in award-winning productions such as "Precious" and "The Butler".
