About Sasha:
Sasha, a queer alternative political comic, emigrated from Russia in 2022. She has already dedicated eleven years to perfecting her stand-up act, becoming one of the most provocative, recognizable, original and significant Russian-speaking comedians and comicesses!
Over the past decade, she has performed hundreds of solo shows, open mics, festivals, and contests in over 24 countries. Sasha has successfully filmed six solo hour-long standup concerts that have garnered a total of over 14 million views on YouTube. Despite public attacks from Russian propaganda, she continues to address topics such as religion, authoritarianism, gender and war.
