Shortparis band in Germany! One of the brightest and most extraordinary musical groups is going on tour in the country. Performances in Stuttgart and Frankfurt am Main will take place at the end of November 2024. Tickets for the Shortparis concerts are on sale now.
This group of St. Petersburg artists is called a completely unique phenomenon for a reason. Everything in it is unusual, starting from the style of performance and ending with the very places of concerts. Stylistically, the members of the band define their work as street-pop, avant-pop, pop-noir, post-punk. At the same time they refer themselves to the opposition of the modern music scene, protesting against monotypicality, insincerity and unnaturalness, with which the current show business is sinful. The musicians question the very system of club concerts, so they prefer to perform in completely unprepared venues. At the same time, they try to actively use elements of visual and theatrical art. Thanks to this approach their every appearance on stage becomes not just a bright musical event, but a full-fledged performance, in which the audience is also involved.
