URIAH HEEP are returning to Europe in 2025 with their big farewell tour "The Magician's Farewell".
Guitarist and founding member Mick Box comments emotionally on this special tour leg: "It's hard to believe that URIAH HEEP have been around for 55 years! Many of you have been with us since the beginning, and we are eternally grateful for that. But nobody stays young forever, and that's why we've decided to stop touring worldwide in 2025. Under the fitting title "The Magician's Farewell", we are saying goodbye to the big stage - but not immediately. In the next two to three years, we want to play as many shows as possible to see you all again. At the same time, I would like to emphasize that URIAH HEEP will continue to perform at selected festivals and special events after the end of this tour. On behalf of the whole band and personally, thank you for your loyalty and support over the years - it means everything to us. I look forward to seeing you again soon... 'Appy Days!"
This tour marks the band's first major visit to Europe since their anniversary tour in 2022, which celebrated their 50th anniversary and was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The fact that URIAH HEEP are now returning to the stage for their 55th anniversary impressively demonstrates the unbroken energy and relevance of this legendary rock band.
Canadian rock greats APRIL WINE will be joining the band as special guests to ensure an unforgettable concert experience.
