Virtuoso guitarist and singer Vanya Zhuk (Israel) will present a program of popular Jewish, Russian and Gypsy songs. The songs will be embellished with accompaniment and improvisations in a variety of guitar styles that Ivan has been studying for 30 years - klezmer, gypsy, blues, Middle Eastern.

Event description

Virtuoso guitarist and singer Vanya Zhuk (Israel) will present a program of popular Jewish, Russian and Gypsy songs.
The songs will be embellished with accompaniment and improvisations in a variety of guitar styles that Ivan has been studying for 30 years - klezmer, gypsy, blues, Middle Eastern.

Vanya Zhuk has collaborated as a guitarist with Peter Nalich, Dan Can, Fedor Chistyakov ("Zero"), Irina Bogushevskaya and dozens of other singers known all over the world.
With the klezmer rock band Nayekhovichi, where he sings Yiddish songs, and with the band Dobranotch, Vanya Zhuk has performed several times in Germany.
