For 13 years of existence Vasya Oblomov has released 6 full albums, each of which occupied the first lines of listening on digital platforms, wrote a lot of satirical songs on information occasions, took part in the scandalous project Citizen Poet, and Vasya Oblomov's music videos collect tens of millions of views.

Oblomov is one of the few Russian musicians who has performed at major protest rallies in Moscow since 2012 and openly criticized the Russian authorities, eventually earning their long-standing dislike. In 2022 all Vasya Oblomov 's concerts in Russia were banned.
